Meeting called to order by Gurr at 7:03 p.m.

Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Public Comment: 1 in attendance, None

Communications: Michigan Township Association annual meeting in February at the Grand

Traverse Resort. Contact township office if interested in attending.

Discussion with Bliss Vineyards about land use permit. Commercial, farm related

enterprise to be operated in the agricultural zone. Determination the use is

permitted by right as defined in Section 4.03.02.D. Permit requires approval by

Township Board of Directors. Motion for recommendation to board for approval.

Motion: Robbins, 2nd Bassil. Motion carried.

Old Business: Discussion to table until next meeting. Additional subjects for review will be the

language in Section 4.03.02.D. Use by right that still requires board approval.

Westerman asked that illumination of digital signs after closing hours be

reviewed futher.
