Minutes of Helena Township Planning Commission

December 5, 2019

Meeting called to order by Gurr at 3:07 P.M.

Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call:

Absent:

Township officials present: Bob Logee

Approval of Agenda:   Motion: Westerman, 2^nd Schafer. Carried

Statement of Conflict of Interest:          None

Approval of Minutes: November 7, 2019. Two Corrections   Motion: Robbins, 2^nd Westerman. Carried.

Public Comment:         None

Communications:         None

 

New Business:             November 2019: LU 0; FC 2; AC 0; PC 4; ZV 0

 

Old Business:              Review of ordinance language change. Robbins shared county’s response stating there was no conflict with county master plan. Motion to approve language change: Robbins, supported by Schafer. Resolution vote: all in favor. Robbins will present to the township board for approval.

 

Robbins will update points of discussion and bring to February 6, 2020 meeting. Consensus to cancel January meeting. Robbins will post on community notice bulletin board.
