Meeting called to order by Johnson at 7:01 p.m.

Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion: Dewald, 2^nd Gurr. Carried

Approval of Minutes: One correction (the word for changed to from in Communications) Motion: Gurr, 2^nd Dewald. Carried

Communications:        Request from Supervisor Teague that Master Plan be updated. Current plan adopted January 2010. Document will be reviewed and prepared for Board by end of 2014 to meet the 5 year revision requirement.

New Business:             ZA report  (Jan) 0 land use, 9 field checks, 0 attorney contact, 12 other public contacts,

0 violations

(Feb) 2 land use, 8 field checks, 0 attorney contact, 9 other public contacts,

(March) 1 land use, 8 field checks, 0 attorney contact, 12 other public contacts,

• violations

 

Discussion of questions coming in to ZA office. Molby encouraged to try and promote opportunities. Discussion of whether new format is easier to work with. Molby request the ZO be put into ring binder with Sections tabbed. Robbins will complete this for Molby.

 

Discussion of two applications in office. Both will be scheduled for Special Use Permits.
