Minutes of Helena Township Planning Commission

June 14, 2022

Meeting called to order by Moglovkin at 6.00pm

Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call:

Township officials present:   Butch Peeples , Bob Logee

Approval of Agenda:    Motion by Lockwood, supported by Gurr.     Approved 

Statement of Conflict of Interest:          None 

Public Comment:         0 present. 

Approval of Minutes:   Minutes for June 14^, 2022.  Motion by Gurr, supported by Lockwood.  Approved as submitted.

Communications:         MTA training.  Robbins will register those who wish to attend in Gaylord.

New Business:             June 2022:        LU 5, FC 4, AC 0, PC 14, ZV 0

                                    Amendment to ByLaws:

                                    Meeting date and time will change to the 1^st Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM.

                                    Motion by Robbins, supported by Moglovkin.  Approved

Old Business:              Discussion of insurance requirement on Mobile Food Vendor Permit.

                                    Review of proposed language changes.  Robbins will mail updated copies and notify the newspaper to post public hearing at the next regular meeting on August 4, 2022.
