Gurr called meeting to order at 7:00 pm

Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda:  Motion:  Robbins, 2^nd: Robinson. Carried

Statement of Conflict of Interest:  None     

Approval of Minutes:  Motion:  Gurr, 2^nd Robbins.  Carried

Public Comment:               1 present. Molby discussed use of a parcel in the Commercial District.  Use is permitted by right with screening per Section 4.06.02.F.

Communications:             Gurr attended a conference on capital improvement opportunity. He felt there was nothing there for Helena Township.

Old Business:                    Update with items to be addressed in zoning review. Additional work tabled until the next meeting.

New Business:

ZA report

Feb 2016:  Land Use 0, Field Checks 9, Attorney Contacts 1, Public Contacts 14, Zoning Violations 0

Letter concerning non-conforming lot will go to Land Division first and if denied will go to Appeals. Planning Commission did not take action on this matter.
