Gurr called meeting to order at 7:00 pm

Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call:

Township officials present:                               Molby

Approval of Agenda:  Motion: Robbins, 2nd: Renaud. Carried

Statement of Conflict of Interest: None

Approval of Minutes:  Motion: Renaud, 2nd Robbins. Carried 1 abstain

Public Comment:               2 present. Legal counsel for Blue Water Bistro shared information on need for township approval to allow this business to apply for an upgrade of their current liquor license. All permits will be obtained when and if the owners expand their business. Motion: The activity is not incompatible with the zoning ordinance for the application to be submitted. Owner will comply with all permitting as required prior to making the changes should they receive approval. Motion by Renaud, 2nd: Robinson. Carried

Resident voiced concern about outside entertainment at the Bistro. Gurr assured them this would require review from the commission and the impact to surrounding properties would be considered at that time.

Public Comment: Johnson asked to be replaced on the commission. Robbins will inform the township board and supervisor of this request.
