Minutes of Helena Township Planning Commission

September 3, 2020

Meeting called to order by Gurr at 3:05 P.M.

Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call:

Sue Moglovkin (Scheduling conflict with work hours)

Township officials present: Bob Logee

Approval of Agenda:     Motion: Robbins, 2^nd Bassil. Carried

Statement of Conflict of Interest:          None

Approval of Minutes: August 13, 2020 As submitted. Motion: Bassil, 2^nd Westerman. Carried.

Public Comment:         None (0)

Communications:         None

New Business:             August 2020: LU 3, FC 4, AC 0, PC 6, ZV 0

Old Business:  Zoning ordinance language changes completed to date will be offered at a public hearing at the October  meeting. This will be considered the mandatory 5 year review and new ordinances will be printed with all  changes approved incorporated.

Discussion of remaining points require further investigation and will be addressed at future meetings.

Meeting time was discussed and will remain the 1^st Thursday at 3 pm for the October meeting. Members did not feel it proper to change this without other members input.
